Larry Lee contributes an array of highly desirable traits and abilities to the Coalescence Executive Team. His expertise in financial analysis and planning, administrative management, strategic planning and information technology makes him an invaluable asset not only to Coalescence's day-to-day operations, but to the long-term success and growth of the company.
             
Previously, Larry was a Controller for the Sutphen Corporation of Amlin, Ohio where he directed all accounting, finance and inventory control functions. He restructured month-end closing and annual reporting, and was a member of the senior management team setting strategic goals and policy, including establishing department budgets and selecting and implementing new ERP manufacturing software.
               
Larry's background in finance includes Fiscal Officer for Hood Medical Inc., Columbus, Ohio, Business Analyst for SIG Combibloc, Columbus, Ohio, IT Consultant and Controller for Pactiv Corporation (Formerly Tenneco Packaging), Columbus, Ohio. These positions have given him a wide range of skills within financial management, IT operations management, financial analysis and reporting, budget development and administration, banking relationships, fixed asset management, administrative management, strategic planning, internal controls, payroll administration, benefit program administration, and staff supervision and training.
             
Larry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Ohio State University in Accounting and has completed post-graduate courses toward his MBA at The Ohio State University. He also attended DeVry University in pursuit of his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
