Craig Thompson    VP/General Manager

Craig Thompson is a self-motivated individual who brings over 17 years of experience in engineering & operations to our Executive Team. In addition to familiarity with the food and beverage sector, Craig's expertise in warehousing, operations management, engineering production support, and new product introduction (NPI) is a great asset to Coalescence LLC.

Previously, Craig was an Operations Area Manager for Anheuser-Busch Inc. in Columbus, Ohio. In this position, he managed all activities for the warehousing processes and provided direction for employees within six operations group managers/engineers. His expertise in these operations achieved six consecutive quarters with the highest warehouse score in the system (12 plants) along with 96% on-time shipping and 90% on-time live loads.
                  
Craig's background in engineering and operations includes Critical Control Process/Process Quality Control Manager and Operations Group manager for Anheuser-Busch Inc., Operations Supervisor and Senior Process Engineer for Corning Incorporated, Corning, NY, Process Engineer for Lucent Technologies, Omaha, NE and Product Engineer at AT&T, Omaha, NE.
                
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from  Central State University (1990). He then went on to gain a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis in Manufacturing Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1993).
